Its on the lower end of mid range, and yet still comes with a Core i7 quad core processor, although its the 860, not a Core i7 930 like the Acer Predator. In fact, whilst the graphics card isn't underpowered to have such a high quality processor with a lower mid graphics card like a 240GT is an odd choice.
